A Triple-A game will open the week's program on Tuesday, Aug. 11, when the Iowa Cubs meet the St. Paul Saints. The two dates are separate ticketed events and should not be treated as one doubleheader.
MLB says the Twins-Phillies game will be the first Field of Dreams edition available globally on Netflix. Availability can still vary by account, location and service terms, so viewers should confirm access with the platform.
The setting connects the event to the 1989 film while the game itself counts in the clubs' regular-season schedule. The temporary ballpark is near the film site rather than a replacement home stadium for either team.
